Consultation: Receive a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to assess where your strength and weaknesses are and areas for us to focus on, we will also do a body composition test to get a clearer insight into your health than just a number on a scale and lastly a short workout to get you adjusted to how sessions are ran including a warm up and cooldown!

Consultation is strongly recommended for strength training clients.

Strength Class: This hour-long class offers a semi-customizable full-body workout, empowering you to tackle day-to-day challenges with strength and vitality. Stay prepared regardless of what life throws at you, keeping your body strong and healthy.

Workplace Relief: This 45 minute long class will help not only mobilize problem areas but also strengthen and stabilize them to help keep the problems away and give you a better quality of life.

AMRAP HIIT: As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) lets you take the workout at your own pace and compete against yourself or others to see how many rounds you can complete in half an hour complete with progressions and regressions to adjust the difficulty to your comfort!
